This set contains eight pieces of wooden food, a cutting board and a wooden knife. Food makes a fun "CRUNCH" sound when sliced (VELCRO). With 31 pieces, it's also a great way to introduce the concepts of part, whole and fractions!

*Bought this product along with the corner wooden kitchen. My daughter enjoys the crunch sound while slicing the wooden food. She also enjoys playing pretend cooking. As a parent, I use this product for her to learn her colors and to learn how to count the wooden slices.

*My son is only 17 months and absolutely loves his "Hi-ya!" toy. He says "hi-ya" when cutting the food. He can play with this toy for hours and it has been so good for his hand-eye coordination. My husband does daycare and ALL of the kids, 17m - 4yrs love to play with this. It's a great and smart toy!
