As a mother who wanted the best products for my child, it was difficult for me to commit to purchasing an item via internet. I loved the convenience aspect of on-line shopping, but also missed the "touchablilty" of retail. With retail, one can touch the items, try them out, ask questions, and be more secure in the purchase.

So many times, I've purchased an item via internet, and have been terribly disappointed because it did not live up to my expectations. I've found that my most "successful" on-line purchases were from other mom's personal referrals and reviews.

How many times have you run up to a complete stranger and asked, "where did you purchase that, how does it work, do you like it, is it comfortable?" It's because you trust that parents ultimately want the best for their child.

We also carry products that are somewhat difficult to find. Most of our products are UNIQUE items that are "mother-created" and have received much accolade.

All the products that we sell have been personally used by me and my staff. We make it a goal to truly inform the buyers and collect reviews and suggestions from our circle of MyBellySprout friends.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We offer $10 Flat Rate shipping to all US locations. Orders are filled 24-48 hours from purchase. Orders are processed everyday (excluding holidays). As soon as your order is processed, you will be emailed. Orders may arrive in multiple packages due to availability and locations of vendors. Some large items may have a surcharge.

*UK and other international shipping will be considered case by case. Please contact us for exact rates.

We ship mostly via the United States Postal Service. This is the most cost effective way to ship and allows us to offer free shipping. Unfortunately however, USPS does not offer tracking.

Orders placed over the weekend are typically processed by Tuesday. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES:

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at MyBellySprout. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item at its original, unused condition within 30 days of the shipment's receipt and receive store credit minus the shipping cost.

A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS:

* Please contact us via email/phone prior to any returns.

* Returns should be new, in the original packaging, with any tags attached and free of any cigarette smoke or odors.

* You will receive store credit.

* If your purchase is found to have a defect, we will be sure to get you a replacement. However, please contact me via email or phone prior to returning the item. Please get a confirmation number. Some items may need to be directly sent back to the manufacturer. Please make sure to insure. We can not do anything about returned items that are damaged and lost.
