There are enough good carriers out on the market. This carrier seems to attract mothers who like their baby snug-close to their body.

A draw of the Moby was the fact that the wrap does not have to be removed in order for the toddler to go in and out. The parent can keep the wrap on at all times.

Another aspect was when the baby is in its infant stage and does not have good head support. The Moby holds the infants head snugly onto the chest of the parent.

Lastly, the versatility. There are many carrying positions.

After I received it, I followed the directions and was able to place my 2 1/2 year old, 28 lb. daughter with ease.
